21st Century Learning

“If individuals are going to survive in a developing country outside of low level service, they are going to have to have innovation and creativity.”
The generations of educating students to memorize facts are fading away.  I strongly believe that as educators we need to teach  Executive Functional Skills to our students. James Paul Gee’s view on education was refreshening because he understands how games can be a form of assessment. I  use a variety of games during the first week of school. This informal assessment has helped me to understand my students and teach them how to be better thinkers and problem-solvers.
